Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping times are estimated to be between 7 and 9 days. However, these times may vary depending on the destination country, and we kindly ask for your understanding in case of minor delays.

We offer tracked shipping, allowing you to monitor the location of your package. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 days for tracking information to update in the system.

Our products are stored directly with our manufacturer in Asia. We have decided to outsource our shipping services to improve efficiency and provide advantageous conditions to our global customers.

Products will be shipped to the address provided at the time of order. You are responsible for providing accurate information and verifying your details. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for shipments made to incorrect addresses.

In certain cases, shipments may be held in transit or returned to us (for example: unpaid fees, taxes, or customs duties, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages at the post office, etc.). Customers should contact us at contact@cellsius-uk.com to arrange for the re-shipment of their order and will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

At checkout, you will be informed of the shipping costs, which may vary based on several parameters:

• Destination country
• Selected shipping method
• Size and weight of the package

In addition to shipping costs, you may be required to pay additional fees upon receipt of your order, such as VAT, customs duties, etc. These costs are entirely your responsibility and depend on the regulations of your country of residence.

However, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a commercial gesture in the form of a discount on your next order, based on the fees incurred. To obtain this discount, you must: a) contact us at contact@cellsius-uk.com, b) provide your order number, and c) send proof of the fees paid. We reserve the right to deny the discount if the submitted documentation is not sufficient.
