4. Do you offer a return policy?

5. How can I check the status of my order?

We provide tracked shipping. Tracking information will be sent via email, and you will be able to monitor your package's status directly on our website at the following page: Track My Order.

Please note that tracking information may take 3 to 5 days to update in the system.

6. My order was placed over 20 days ago and hasn't been delivered. What should I do?

It may happen that your order takes longer than expected.

Unfortunately, we do not have full control over the delivery process.

7. My product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged. What can I do?

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you wish to exchange the item for the same product, please: a) take a photo or video of the defective or damaged item, b) send it to us via email at contact@cellsius-uk.com, and c) provide details of your claim.

We will contact you afterward to resolve the matter.

8. How can I request a refund?

Once your return has been inspected, we will contact you to proceed with the refund.

9. What should I do if my personal details were entered incorrectly or have changed?

If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes.

If the product is returned to us, we will reach out to you to determine the next steps. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
