Refund & Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since the delivery of the item (the delivery date provided by the carrier serves as proof), unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in excellent condition. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Returned items are not resold due to their personal nature and for hygiene reasons. Instead, they are used for promotional purposes or donated to charities.
To initiate a return, you must, within 60 days of delivery: a) provide a receipt or proof of purchase, b) notify us of your return request via email at contact@cellsius-uk.com, and c) submit your reasons for the return along with a video showing the general condition of the product.
The item should not be returned to the manufacturer but to our address in the UK. Return instructions will be provided via email upon opening your request.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund may be granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery.
These cases will be assessed individually, and partial refunds are not automatic.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of our decision regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card provider, as there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please: a) take a photo or video of the defective or damaged item, b) email it to contact@cellsius-uk.com, and c) explain your claim. We will contact you to resolve the situation.
Shipping
To return a product, please contact us first at contact@cellsius-uk.com before shipping. We will provide you with the necessary return address via email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible for issues during transit.
